Next to each item for sale, there should be an 'Add to Cart'
button. Click this
button with your mouse, to place the item in your Shopping Cart. If there is an
option to select the quantity you'd like to purchase, enter the quantity in the box
provided, then click on the 'Add to Cart' button
to place that amount into your Shopping Cart.
If there is a drop down box for you to select different types of products, click the down
arrow with your mouse, select the product type, then click on the 'Add to
Cart' button to place the
item in your Shopping Cart. Once you placed all the items you would like into your
cart, you can click 'Check Out' to continue the checkout
process. You can also contact us by email here,
and we will contact you regarding payment information. Please include your phone
number with your email order.
You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time, by clicking on
the 'View Cart' link at any time (it is located at the bottom of every page), or by placing an item in your cart.
To remove an item from you cart, go to View Cart and simply 'check'
the box on the left of the item you wish to remove. Then click the
'Remove' button below, and the item will be removed from your cart. You can remove the last item placed in your cart by following the link to
'View Cart', and clicking 'Undo Last'. If you wish to remove
more than the most recently added item, you can click 'Clear All' to
empty your shopping cart and re-adding items the proper items to your shopping
cart. To place it back in your cart, simply return to the
shopping area and click the 'Add to Cart' button
next to item listed in the store.
Once you are finished shopping, and you wish to place your order, follow the link to
'View Cart' or 'Express Checkout' and you will be shown the details of your Shopping Cart
contents. If you are comfortable with your selection, click the
'Express Check Out' link and fill out your billing and shipping
information. After you have filled out all the required fields, click
the 'Place Order' link at the bottom of the order form. Once you
have entered your payment information, click 'Finalize Order' to
complete the transaction. That's it!
Once you click 'Finalize Order' your order is being sent to Rainy City / Razor-Scooters.com, and you
will be directed to a confirmation page, giving you your order information you
can use to check your order status online day or night..
You will then receive an email confirmation order that your order has been placed.
You can also email us your order on our Contact Us page,
and we will contact you regarding payment information. Please include your phone
number with your email order.
Now you can fax us your order at (208) 575-4237, please include your name, phone
number, billing address, shipping address, email address, Product numbers you wish to
order with $ price, with all faxed orders. We will contact you via email or
telephone to confirm your order and give you a final billing price which will include
shipping costs.
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express,
Discovercard, Money
Order, Cashier's Check, or Personal Check. We also accept wire transfers although
there is an additional $20.00 bank fee in addition to any fees your bank may
charge you. To inquire about sending a wire, please contact us with your order
number on our Contact Us page . If you are paying by Money Order,
Cashier's Check, or Personal Check, please mail your payment to the address indicated below.
International orders:
At this time, we cannot accept credit cards for international customers.
If you are located outside the United States or a United States Territory,
please send payment of money order or check to the address indicated below.
Once we receive your payment in US$ and the funds clear, your order will be
shipped.
If you are trying to input your credit card info, and the form won't allow you to input your information,

order.
To cancel an order, the order must not have been processed. Please contact
customer service on our Contact Us page as soon
as you are aware you want to cancel the order. Include your order number and name,
and method of payment you selected when submitting your order. If the order has not
been processed, we will confirm your order cancellation via email. If your order has

have received once you 'Finalized' your order.

On Order:
Your order has been received, but
not yet processed Ready for Shipping:
Your payment has
been processed, and your order will ship within 24 hours. Shipped:
Your order has been shipped, and
you should receive it within the specified time of the shipping method you
selected when ordering (i.e. Overnight or 3 Day Priority) Back Ordered:
The rare circumstance
that your order is currently backordered, and will be shipped as soon as we
receive more inventory. Special Order:
Your order is a
customized order, and we are awaiting your order from the manufacturer Awaiting Payment:
We are awaiting your
payment before we process your order, if you indicated you would pay by check or
money order, please send your payment here. If
you are paying by credit card, there is likely a credit card error. Please
review the comments field of your Order Status for more information. Order Cancelled:
Your order has been
cancelled at your request. It will not be processed and will be deleted
within 30 days.
